Students at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) are quite similar to the UWEC students in terms of discipline, hardworking, participations and managing their own times. Both students, receive almost the same material and the same text books since KFUPM follow the US educational system and all the subjects have been taught in English.
On the other hand, UWEC students have more rights in terms of students unions and especially the student's senate which is something that our students really miss and I hope in the nearly future it becomes an essential part of our educational system.
First of all, why Michael Jackson as a profile picture?
ReplyDeleteYour adjustment should be easier since you are used to the American method or style. I have been told that women and men do not study in the same classes in some countries in the Middle East. Is this true of your unversity or any other university in your country?
Well, KFUPM is the only males university inside the kingdom,,,,,
ReplyDeleteBut on the other hand, students, from both sexes, have some classes together especially in the medical colleges and we have a new multinational university called KAUST which has one campus for the both sexes exactly like a topical U.S university.
And I decided that picture to be my profile image since it reminds me by the 80s which is my best and favorite decade.
